No-showed the first appointment without calling. Work was just okay.

Promised one thing, delivered another. Not what we agreed on.

Nice guy, good work. Just had to wait a week to get scheduled.
I had a similar experience. Very reliable.

Reliable and skilled. Finished the job well, just wish it was faster.
Christopher K.
Average experience. Some delays and communication gaps but finished the work.
Sarah B.
Skilled and professional. Would have liked more frequent updates.

Showed up late twice and the work needed touch-ups. Probably won't use again.

I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. The work on our deck was impeccable. My wife, who is VERY particular about these things, couldn't find a single thing to complain about. That's saying something!

OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

Would recommend. Just took longer to schedule than I hoped.

Very thorough work. Wish he had given me a heads up about the delay.

So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out. Turns out there was a crack in the pipe behind the wall that everyone missed. He found it in like 10 minutes. We've already recommended him to half the neighborhood.

Happy with the result. Took two visits to complete but it's done right.

Quality work and fair price. Minor scheduling mixup but worked out.
Appreciate the honest review.

Had to follow up multiple times. Work was eventually completed but not great communication.

Had some back and forth but eventually got a satisfactory result.
