OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out. Turns out there was a crack in the pipe behind the wall that everyone missed. He found it in like 10 minutes. We've already recommended him to half the neighborhood.

I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. He not only fixed it same day but also noticed our filter was the wrong size and grabbed the right one on his way back. Saved our visit (and probably my marriage lol).

He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.
