Pleased with the work. Communication mostly by text, would prefer calls.

My 85-year-old mom lives alone and I worry about people taking advantage of her. She needed some electrical work done and I couldn't be there. He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.

Very professional and completed the job on time. Would hire again.

OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

The work itself was fine but scheduling was frustrating. Mixed feelings.
