My 85-year-old mom lives alone and I worry about people taking advantage of her. She needed some electrical work done and I couldn't be there. He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.

I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew.
