I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew.
