I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. However, he did track some paint on our carpet that I didn't notice until after he left. When I texted him about it, he came back same day and cleaned it up himself, which I appreciated. Docking one star for the oversight but adding it back for making it right.
