Best contractor I've hired in this community. Punctual and skilled.
James K.
Skilled and professional. Would have liked more frequent updates.
Jessica F.
Professional and capable. Quote was accurate, just took an extra day.
David S.
Would use again. Small hiccup with timing but the work was solid.
Anthony C.
I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. The work on our deck was impeccable. My wife, who is VERY particular about these things, couldn't find a single thing to complain about. That's saying something!

Dependable and skilled. Price was on the higher side but you get what you pay for.

Showed up when he said he would and finished the job right. Refreshing!

Finally a contractor who actually calls back! Great work too.
Love reviews like this. So helpful for the rest of us!

OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out. Turns out there was a crack in the pipe behind the wall that everyone missed. He found it in like 10 minutes. We've already recommended him to half the neighborhood.

On time, on budget, quality work. Will be my go-to from now on.

Fair price, good work. Parking situation was a minor hassle.
Daniel B.
Professional from start to finish. Will recommend to neighbors.
Daniel T.
Solid results. Had to remind him about one thing but otherwise great.
Emily S.
Quality work, though cleanup was a bit rushed. Would still recommend.
Robert N.
Fixed the issue quickly and the price was reasonable. Recommended.

This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.
That's disappointing. Did you ever get it resolved?
