Showed up late twice and the work needed touch-ups. Probably won't use again.
Lisa W.
No-showed the first appointment without calling. Work was just okay.
Michael S.
Job was completed but I had to point out a few things that were missed.

I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. He showed up when he said, did what he said, charged what he said. Revolutionary concept apparently! The tile work in our bathroom looks like it belongs in a magazine.

Promised one thing, delivered another. Not what we agreed on.

Good experience overall. Minor issue was addressed when I mentioned it.
Jennifer D.
Finished the job but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
Rachel L.
Had to constantly supervise to make sure things were done right.
Emily D.
Would have been 4 stars but had to wait too long to get scheduled.
Stephanie C.
Average contractor. Does the job but doesn't go the extra mile.
Amanda P.
Knew what he was doing. A bit pricier than expected but worth it.
Amanda T.
Price went up significantly from the original quote. Disappointed.
Jessica K.
Finally a contractor who actually calls back! Great work too.
Christopher L.
Job is done but already had to call back once for repairs.

Professional service. Could have communicated the timeline better.
Rachel S.
Job took twice as long as estimated. Result is fine though.
Good to know before hiring. Thanks.

Honest and reliable. Hard to find these days. Very satisfied.

Work was rushed and I'm already seeing issues. Not recommended.
That's disappointing. Did you ever get it resolved?
