I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.

Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.
