Did everything right the first time. No callbacks needed.
I had a similar experience. Very reliable.

Pleased with the work. Communication mostly by text, would prefer calls.

Best contractor I've hired in this community. Punctual and skilled.
Appreciate the honest review.

Appreciated the honest assessment. Didn't try to upsell unnecessary work.

Professional from start to finish. Will recommend to neighbors.

This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.

Solved a problem two other contractors couldn't figure out. Impressive.

Found the problem right away and fixed it properly. No shortcuts.
Daniel T.
Did a good job. Communication could have been a little better.
Jessica W.
Happy with the result. Took two visits to complete but it's done right.
Maria P.
No-showed the first appointment without calling. Work was just okay.

Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. He not only fixed it same day but also noticed our filter was the wrong size and grabbed the right one on his way back. Saved our visit (and probably my marriage lol).

Showed up when he said he would and finished the job right. Refreshing!

Finally found someone I can trust with my home. Great experience.
