So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out. This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.
